Henry Reid (Music Director, Composer) A former member of the group Mannheim Steamroller, which had a number of platinum-selling albums, as well as a Grammy Award. Henry Medicine Bear Reid studied under composer Henry Mancini, and played sessions with the group “The Carpenters” in the early years of the band. With multiple film scores and television segment cues, Henry has show a wide diversity in musical styles. As a keyboardist, through the years, Henry has also acted as Music Director for live performances for Phillip Earl Johnson, and Buddy Big Mountain, and is presently working on music CDs for both performers. Also he is working on scores for Special Television segments, and website presentations for Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He has submitted performance arrangements, suggestions for album content (Christmas Albums), and local orchestral performance with Mannheim Steamroller. He has been called to work on post production sound editing and sweetening for the Ethnomusicology Department at UCLA on the Sidi Goma radio spots. He is also a Composer/Arranger for Animation projects at UCLA Department of Animation. Other works include an album honoring the Apsaalooka Tribe, Popular Folk and Children’s Songs arranged and performed in various jazz motifs, and Orchestral Works covering Classical and Thematic Soundtrack Music. Henry’s ancestry which includes Native American Apsaalooka or Crow is currently making arrangements to tour Europe, Eastern Europe, and India, with Native American Grammy nominated and winners Joanne Shenandoah, Mary Youngblood, and The Buddy Big Mountain show, and will be the composer, Arranger and Music Director for the project, as well as other International recording and goodwill efforts. |

Michel Tyabji (Music Director, Recording Engineer) Michel has been producing music for Limitless Sky Records, an independent record label focused on music from Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Gunea, India and Iran. In 2003 three of the albums on that label made the list of Grammy nominations. African musician Ndala Kasheba’s album, “Yellow Card,” was named best of 2003 by the New York Times, and Robert Christagou (probably the most noted of music critics) said “Yellow Card” is what “guitar heaven is made of.” Michel has acted as Sound Engineer for Multiple Live Venues including the Gene Autry Museum. He is in demand for multiple Television projects, and has worked on multiple sets as sound recorder. Michel is always involved in a diverse range of productions and acted as music and post audio supervisor for the “Dalai Lama Renaissance”. |
